The 130-question broker test has a time limit of 180 minutes (120 minutes for 80 questions on the National portion and 60 minutes for 50 questions of state-specific content).
There are 130 questions on New Mexico's Real Estate Exam. The national portion will get 80, while the state section will receive 50. You will have a total of three hours and eight minutes to finish the test. Only 60 minutes separate the National and State sections of the exam (1 hour).

How long does it take to get NM real estate license?
For the purpose of being eligible to sit for the New Mexico Real Estate License Exam, the state needs you to complete 90 hours of real estate courses certified by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission before applying.
