Both tests must be passed with a score of 70% or greater, and the Pass Report must be submitted to DREC via this link https://dpr.delaware.gov/boards/realestate/. In case you are successful or not, you will be notified immediately after completing the licensure test, which typically lasts between two and three hours.
Candidates may make their test appointments online, which is the most time-saving method. In an attempt to implement an online reservation for a test, candidates must visit www.pearsonvue.com/de/realestate For the first time, new users must register for an account.
