To pass the Kansas real estate test, you must have a minimum score of 70%. Anyone who has attended an Exam Prep course will find that passing the exam is significantly less stressful.
There are 80 questions on the national part of the Kansas Real Estate Salesperson Exam. An examinee must correctly answer 56 of the 80 questions (70 percent correct) In order to pass the test.
You have 12 months from the date of your Principles of Real Estate certificate to pass the Exam. Schedule to take the exam with Pearson VUE.
For first-time registering applicants, the Kansas Salesperson Real Estate Exam price is $82 for both the national and state portions. Students who need to retake the exam will be charged $75. This is a two-part test (state and national) with a total of 110 questions and a four-hour time limit.
