What is the minimum passing score for the Arkansas real estate examination? For the Arkansas real estate test to pass, you must score at least 70% of the questions correctly. Anyone who has taken Exam Prep classes will have an easier time passing the exam.
In all, there are 80 questions in the national real estate salesperson test in Arkansas. A passing score on the test is 56 accurate answers out of a possible 80. (70 percent correct). The Arkansas Real Estate salesperson test has a time limit of four hours.
Candidates for the real estate test must complete 125 questions in four hours. There are 15 pretest questions that have not yet been graded.
You can, in fact! Upon your first attempt, you have six months to complete the Arkansas state licensure test. Each time you retake an exam within this time period, the exam cost will be deducted from your refund.
