In the US, the Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson Exam is among the most difficult to pass. We've put together an exam-cramming course that will get you ready for your state licensure test and help you pass it on your first attempt using the PSI exam.
It is possible for you to freely take the CT real estate exam as many times as you like within a year after becoming eligible. Both parts of the test must be passed within one year of being elected. You must resubmit with the PSI if you fail to pass both sections within a year.
The 60-hour CT real estate licensing course is available online, can I take it? Yes! In order to meet a state education requirement, students may take the course online, which is faster and cheaper.
One-third of the State test is devoted to real estate computations, with 13 questions in total. Basic algebra is a common theme in most of the problems you'll encounter in math.
